Wake up early today as the tv's volume had disturb my sleep.. kana menses. so the routine come on again. had stomach cramp, outside my body feeling hot but inside body feeling cold.. i also dunno what happen to me.. i think i am the worse lady when i had menses.. how i am to be a guy! i said it a lot of time le.. :P lols.. i can't stand well and can't sit well too.. supposed to meet up with clara for shopping and meet up nana for movie at night after her work.. but so so so sorry, all this have to cancel.. so waiting for the next outing girls.. at ard 1plus smsed them.. i am feeling uncomfortable as well, feel like vomit that time.. after smsed them, went to the toliet and puked out all the breakfast.. hell man!.. what wrong with me.. nvm, days must still go on.. i still have to survive every month!.. but i am much much better than just now after an hour of napping.. ^^ but still abit cramping. now i am hungry but no one at home and no food! so bear with it ba.. anyw,
