school as usual..
so tried, think dun have enough sleep..
go eat after school wif Valerie, Cheesiang, Shaun, Kaizhow and Daryl.
dun feel like gg home so early
so go back school and gym excluding kz
after gym-ing for only less den an hour cos the gym room is gg to close..
cheesiang went home
while we go for a run outside school just like 2.4 but we only run 1 round..
while shaun and daryl run another run..
dunno what happen why so hardworking sia.. haha..
maybe i wann lose some weight or wann my stamina to improve..
just feel like running.. hehe.. so next week go run agn.. (:
now all my muscle damn pain esp my shoulder part dere cos i done pull up just now..

my shoulder now become very stiff, hard and pain.. hardly can move abt.. arghh..
