today pe, i ran 2.4km and the timing did improve, 1628s
i was so happy for myself, this is the 1st time in my secondary school life that i ran so fast
hahas.. cos i keep joggin most of the time.. oso thanks nana for the second and the last round,
she kept forcing and pulling mi to run.. yeah! next week i shill not be running le..
